Being a Force for Good
Positive Impact is not an imc² program. Nor is it an initiative. It’s simply a part of who we are, and a driving force behind who we will be.
Serving others. Promoting sustainability. Leading the way. It all connects back to one of our guiding principles – Be a Force for Good. You can see it in specific client work, community involvement, environmental programs, pro bono work, staff fundraising match and corporate giving.
A shining example of the positive impact we’re making comes from our recently piloted program called the Weekend of Love in which imc² staff volunteers spent a weekend donating their skills to support the nonprofit that they are passionate about.
Our vision, however, is to make Positive Impact something you don’t see; something that’s virtually indistinguishable from everything imc² does. It is a core part of who we are and what we do, and we’re making it a consistent and integral part of our operations, services, culture and relationships.
Positive Impact is also about ongoing discovery, continually questioning and expanding what being a force for good means for our business. Translating this into action has implications for measuring our impact, and requires that we hold ourselves accountable and engage with stakeholders.
To that end, we are committed to openly communicating our progress toward specific Positive Impact goals, and sharing our experience publicly through our annual Positive Impact Reports. For past reports, click on the year below, or read quarterly progress reports in our News section.
